Nuuk, Islandia

As the oldest town in Greenland, Nuuk offers visitors a glimpse of old Greenlandic culture. Visit the harbor and view Greenlandic hunters bringing in seal and reindeer to be sold at the local market. Go hiking around Lille Malene, whale watching in the ocean or explore abandoned settlements. There’s so much wildlife to see as Nuuk is home to whales, seals, reindeer, arctic foxes, arctic hares and ravens.

Stroll around the harbor with its quaint old buildings and newly renovated market where locals sell their daily catch. La historia de Groenlandia cobra vida en el Museo Nacional, y su cultura se mantiene viva en el Museo de Arte de Nuuk y en el Centro Cultural Katuaq.
