RESUMEN

Cross the border into Bosnia and Herzegovina and explore Mostar, a historical city that earned a UNESCO World Heritage site designation for its Ottoman architecture. On the way there, you will pause for photos of Kravica Waterfall, a semi-circle of cascades on the Trebizat River that plummet into a large crystal-clear pool. The Neretva River flows through the center of Mostar and the Stari Most bridge that spans it was an engineering marvel when built in the 16th century. What stands today is a reproduction as the original was destroyed in the Croat-Bosniak War in 1993. However, much Ottoman architecture still remains in Mostar, including Turkish-style houses and the Koski Mehmed Pasha Mosque, which you will see while walking through the city. Afterwards, you will head to the village of Pocitel for photos of its Ottoman architecture. Back in Croatia, you will cross the modern cable-stayed Pelješac Bridge that leads to Dubrovnik.
