Pricing Terms & Conditions

Fares are subject to increase. All fares are per person in U.S. dollars, valid for residents of U.S. and Canada, based on double occupancy for new bookings only. All fares, special offers and inclusions maybe be changed or withdrawn at any time without notice. Not all promotions are combinable. 2-for-1 Fares are based on published Full Brochure Fares; such fares may not have resulted in actual sales in all suite categories and do not include optional charges as detailed in the Guest Ticket Contract. FREE Unlimited Shore Excursion reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. Shore excursion early bookings close seven days prior to sailing. A 75-minute window is required between tours operating on the same day in port. FREE 1-Night Pre-Cruise Hotel Package applies to Guests 1 and 2 in Concierge Suites and higher and includes transfers from hotel to pier only. Hotel Package is capacity-controlled with limited availability and is not available for new bookings made within 90 days of departure. Regent Seven Seas Cruises® reserves the right to change or withdraw any Hotel Package at any time without notice. FREE Unlimited WiFi applies to all suite categories and is for one login per suite. Concierge Suites and higher receive up to four logins, for up to four devices, per suite. FREE Valet Laundry Service includes wash, press and fold services for Guests sailing in all suites; additionally, Regent Suite Guests receive free unlimited dry cleaning service. FREE Valet Laundry Service is not available on the final full day of each cruise, nor on the day of disembarkation.

AIR TRANSPORTATION

Regent Seven Seas Cruises®, as an added service to our Guests, offers arrangements for air travel in conjunction with a cruise as part of our Ultimate All-Inclusive Fares package. Airfares are per person based on check-in date and include ground transfers, all airlines fees, surcharges and all government taxes. Additional airline-imposed baggage charges may apply and those fees may be reduced based on frequent flyer status, method of payment or other consumer information. Airfares listed with Ultimate Upgrade Air are based on available flights from John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK). Air arrangements, including routings, scheduling, and airline carrier are at Regent Seven Seas Cruises®’ (or its agents’) discretion and are based on flight availability and agreements with airlines. Air seats are limited. Preliminary air schedules are sent out 110 days prior to embarkation. Special requests, including class of service upgrades, specific carriers and routing, are at the discretion of Regent Seven Seas Cruises®. Custom Air arrangements may be requested 210 days prior to sailing. To request Custom Air, there must be a paid deposit on the booking and the Guest Information Form (GIF) must be completed with their passport information. A US$75 nonrefundable Custom Air call service fee will be applied to reservations which, if the Custom Air flight option presented is accepted within three days, will become part of the existing US$175 per person air customization fee. If guests choose not to accept the Custom Air flight option presented, the US$75 fee will not be refunded. Guest travel documents must be completed to customize air, and information must match passport. Platinum, Titanium, Diamond, and Commodore guests will continue to receive a complimentary one-time Custom Air deviation, including the waiving of one US$75 Custom Air call service fee. All air reservations booked through Regent Seven Seas Cruises®, custom or otherwise, that are within 1 year of departure, will require a US$500 administrative fee for each change to a passenger name. Airfare is non-refundable if canceled within 90 days of embarkation. Due to recent airline policy changes, all classes of service, including Business Class, may no longer include luggage, seat assignments and lounge access. To confirm special requests including service amenities by airline, please check with your specific airline(s) for their respective cost and policy. Wheelchair, oxygen, and meal requests should be made directly with the airline. When booking air arrangements through Regent Seven Seas Cruises (or its travel partners’), some airline carriers will not honor mileage credits for flights booked through non-direct channels. It is the responsibility of the Guest(s) to view their preferred airline’s terms and conditions. Due to scheduling conflicts, an enroute overnight might be necessary. Costs associated with an overnight stay are at the Guest's expense. Upgrade offers apply to intercontinental flights only. On intercontinental flights, Guests may utilize Regent Seven Seas Cruises®' Business Class Air program or choose cruise-only fares. Airfare quotes and availability are subject to change until purchased and tickets are issued. Tickets will be issued 85 days prior to embarkation. In making these arrangements, Regent Seven Seas Cruises® acts only as an agent on the Guest’s behalf, and does not operate, control, or supervise any airlines and is not responsible for carriers failing to meet schedules. Any airline imposed fees that result from changes to or cancellation of air arrangements are the sole responsibility of the Guest. Due to government regulations, if you are delayed or unable to board at embarkation, you may not be able to board at a later time. In such event, Carrier shall have no liability to refund any cruise fares.

TRANSFERS

Guests who elect not to purchase the Ultimate All-Inclusive Fares package or do not purchase transfer arrangements from Regent Seven Seas Cruises® will be responsible for their own transfer arrangements to and from the ship. Transfers are not included for Guests making independent hotel arrangements. The Destination Services desk can assist with post-cruise transfer arrangements once Guests are on board. Regent Seven Seas Cruises® offers all Air/Sea Guests complimentary transfers to and from the airport/ship in conjunction with the air program on the day of the ship's embarkation/disembarkation, with the exception of circumstances where custom air arrangements are confirmed by Regent Seven Seas Cruises®. Guests may purchase private transfers through Blacklane, a transport company, in partnership with Regent Seven Seas Cruises®. Transfers must be purchased directly through Blacklane’s mobile app or website, which is not controlled by Regent Seven Seas Cruises®. Guests purchasing roundtrip air arrangements through Regent Seven Seas Cruises® will receive a voucher of US$250 per person (up to US$500 per suite) to use towards a Blacklane private transfer; voucher is only applicable for Guest 1 and 2 in a suite. Guest(s) purchasing a one-way flight will only receive a voucher of US$125. Blacklane private transfers are not available in all cities and markets. In the event that Guests are unable to redeem their voucher due to unavailability, Guests may utilize the group transfer provided by Regent Seven Seas Cruises and redeem their voucher at a later date. Guests staying in the Regent Suite will receive unlimited Blacklane private transfers within 100 miles; transfers must be from home to airport, airport to port, airport to hotel, hotel to port, and/or vice versa. EARLY BOOKING/ BONUS SAVINGS

Early Booking Savings and Bonus Savings amounts featured are per suite – and based on double occupancy – and are reflected in the fare.

SEVEN SEAS SOCIETY SAVINGS

Seven Seas Society® Savings indicated are per suite and are in addition to Bonus Savings. Savings may be changed or withdrawn at any time without notice. Single Guests earn double nights when traveling at 175% or higher single occupancy. Free phone time is per suite and is in addition to Concierge-Level amenities. Gold members and above receive four unique log-ins with FREE Unlimited WiFi per suite and US$100 Shipboard Credit per suite. Titanium members and above receive unlimited dry cleaning. In-suite Titanium welcome aboard amenities are offered on the day of embarkation. If Guests are booked on a combination, Grand Voyage, or World Cruise, the gift will be offered once, on the initial day of embarkation. Titanium-members and above are eligible for two free private transfers through Blacklane for distances under 100 miles; complimentary transfers are combinable with $250 per person voucher if an Ultimate All-Inclusive Fare is purchased. The exclusive activities for Gold, Platinum and Titanium members may be combined with special events already incorporated in our longer voyages.

SPECIAL SAVINGS FOR KIDS

Kids Sail offer is available on select voyages and is a per-person, cruise-only Fare. Offer is available to kids age 17 years or younger at the time of sailing, who are sailing as a 3+ guest in a suite accompanied by an adult, 21 years of age or older. Fares includes FREE Unlimited Shore Excursions and is subject to all terms and conditions contained herein.

SHIPBOARD CREDIT

Shipboard Credit cannot be applied to spa services pre-cruise, land programs, hotel packages, transfers, or casino advances online via My Account. Online reservations for shore excursions open at 365 days prior to sailing for guests booked in Concierge Suites and higher and Seven Seas Society Silver Level; all other guests may book shore excursions online beginning 300 days prior to sailing.

AMBASSADOR PROGRAM

Regent Seven Seas Cruises’ Ambassador Program is valid for new, full fare bookings. Offer is combinable with most standard offers; however, certain restrictions may apply. The $250 Savings will be applied as a Future Cruise Credit. Travel Agents are not eligible to refer new guests and earn Future Cruise Credits. Traveling companions sharing one suite are not eligible to refer new guests within the same suite. Program may be changed or withdrawn at any time without notice. Referring Seven Seas Society Member and referred new guests are not required to sail on the same voyage.

Seven Seas Society Member: The referring guest must be an existing Seven Seas Society member at the time of the referral. The $250 Savings for the referring Seven Seas Society member may be applied to any existing or future booking where final payment has not been made. Seven Seas Society Members may apply up to a maximum of four suite referrals per booking.

New Referred Guest: The new guest reservation must be made by a guest who has not booked or sailed with Regent Seven Seas Cruises previously. Existing bookings for future sailings are not eligible. The new guest should complete the Ambassador Referral form at RSSC.com/Ambassador within 14 days from date of deposit for the $250 Savings to be applied to the booking. Only one $250 Future Cruise Credit per suite is permitted.

Regent Seven Seas Cruises’ Ambassador Program is intended for friends and family member referrals. Soliciting bookings on social media websites or otherwise making general solicitations to strangers such as to a wide, unknown audience, is prohibited. Any Seven Seas Society members found engaging in such conduct may be removed from the Ambassador Program, and will not be eligible for Ambassador credits going forward. All decisions concerning a member’s participation in the program and receipt of benefits or awards is at our sole discretion.

WORLD CRUISES 2025 AND 2026
World Cruise Bespoke Amenities apply to World Cruise Guests on the 150-Night Navigate the World (Away in Wonder) (2025), 168-Night Navigate the World (Away in Wonder) (2025), and 154-Night The Sense of Adventure (2026) cruises. Phone inclusion is per the standard Seven Seas Society® program on World Cruise; Guests on voyages 21 nights or longer are considered Silver Level Members and are entitled to one-hour phone time. FREE Visas apply to U.S. and Canadian citizens only. FREE Door-to-Door Luggage Service applies to guests residing in the U.S. and Canada only. Luggage is restricted to 2 bags per guest at 50 pounds per bag. Checked baggage fees may apply. FREE Medical Service includes onboard medically necessary treatment only. FREE Visa Package is applicable for US & Canada guests. Additional exclusive savings for Past World Cruisers apply to guests who have booked and sailed on at least one previous World Cruise sailing on Regent Seven Seas Cruises.

WORLD CRUISE 2027
World Cruise Bespoke Amenities apply to World Cruise Guests on the 126-Night 2027 World Cruise Navigate the World, or 140-Night World Cruise World of Splendor. Phone inclusion is per the standard Seven Seas Society® program on World Cruise; Guests on voyages 21 nights or longer are considered Silver Level Members and are entitled to one-hour phone time. FREE Door-to-Door Luggage Service applies to guests residing in the U.S. and Canada only. Luggage is restricted to 2 bags per guest at 50 pounds per bag. Checked baggage fees may apply. FREE Onboard Medical Consultation does not include medical treatment or port-specific testing requirements. Guests will be provided the necessary procedures to file claims through their health insurance. A $350USD shipboard credit will be applied to Guests' onboard accounts to cover out-of-pocket Visa costs. Additional exclusive savings for Past World Cruisers apply to guests who have booked and sailed on at least one previous World Cruise sailing on Regent Seven Seas Cruises.

GRAND VOYAGES

Grand Voyage Bespoke Amenities apply to Guests on the full 63-Night Grand Asia Exploration (2024), full 70-Night Grand Spice Route Quest (2025), full 83-Night Grand Arctic Adventure (2025), full 116-Night Grand Cultural Quest (2025), full 84-Night Grand Continental Sojourn (2025), full 61-Night Grand Asia Exploration (2026) and full 64-Night Indian Ocean Odyssey (2026). FREE Visas apply to U.S. and Canadian citizens only and on select voyages. FREE Medical Service includes onboard medically necessary treatment only. FREE Door-to-Door Luggage Service applies to Guests residing in the U.S. and Canada only and on select voyages. Luggage is restricted to 2 bags per guest at 50 pounds per bag. Phone inclusion is per the standard Seven Seas Society Program on Grand Voyages; Guests on voyages 21 nights or longer are considered Silver Level Members and are entitled to one-hour phone time. Bespoke Amenities are on select voyages and vary depending on the voyage.

Veterans Day Sale – More to Enjoy offer is capacity controlled and applies to new bookings only made between November 1 and November 14, 2024. NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS OFFER

Non-Refundable Deposits Offer applies to new bookings made 180 days or more prior to embarkation on voyages 60 nights or less. Guest(s) will receive a 5% savings on their voyage fare when opting for a non-refundable deposit. The normal deposit and payment schedule will still apply. If guest(s) choose to cancel the booking, the deposit will not be refunded, and the remainder of the fare paid will follow normal penalties and the cancellation policy. The Non-refundable Deposits Offer applies to all suite categories except for the Regent Suite. This offer is combinable with all published promotional fares and offers.
